Return Policy
The following steps only apply to items purchased online. To ensure that we can process your return or exchange as quickly as possible, please follow these steps when returning your package:
- To initiate a return - returns to My Account > Order History to initiate a return. Enter the order number and email address associated with your online order. Complete the following steps online to answer your reason for return and whether you need an exchange or refund.
- Preparing a Return/Exchange Place new and unused items in their original packaging. Do not combine separate orders into a single package, and conversely, do not split an order's returns into multiple boxes. This can cause delays of up to 14 business days.
- Drop off your package (you can contact a courier yourself to return the item to a designated location) Drop off your package at a nearby UPS location. JelriSoFit is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend using a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number. Our return period is 30 days after delivery.
