We work hard to ensure that orders are processed and dispatched quickly. Please note that shipping times are estimates only and subject to third party services. JelriSoFit is not responsible for delivery delays, lost, or stolen packages beyond our control.
What is the return policy/How do I make a return or exchange?
JelriSoFit will gladly accept merchandise for exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise returned must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
The following steps only apply to items purchased online. To ensure that we can process your return or exchange as quickly as possible, please follow these steps when returning your package:

3. Drop off your package (you can contact a courier yourself to return the item to a designated location) Drop off your package at a nearby UPS location.

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link once your parcel is dispatched.
During business days(Monday to Friday), orders placed before 2pm USA time are ready to ship out the same day.
We give you the full right to cancel or return your order for any reason whatsoever. Once you have placed your order, it is sent electronically to our dispatch team in the USAto quickly prepare and ship. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as you can.

If we receive your cancellation request before your order has begun processing, we will try our best to cancel your order and send you confirmation via email. If you paid using PayPal, we will refund your PayPal account in full.
If your order has already begun processing, it may not be possible to cancel. However, you are more than welcome to return your order once received.(Excludes courier charges already incurred and courier charges for you to return the item.)
Jelrisofit cannot be held responsible for delivery failures caused by customer negligence, such as providing incorrect shipping information. No refunds will be given in such cases.
